You can request any experience in our South Florida collection: picnics, cabanas, proposals, dinners, celebrations, corporate gatherings, or a custom idea. Every request is reviewed personally. We confirm what we can provide, the location, date, and price before booking; if a service is not currently possible, we will tell you.
Where does Solomia Events provide beach experiences?
The initial service area is South Florida, primarily from Miami Beach to West Palm Beach. Availability, travel logistics, and any location-specific cost are confirmed for the exact event site before confirmation.
Is a setup on a public beach completely private?
No. The furnishings and reserved service can be for your party while the surrounding public shoreline remains shared. A space is described as private or exclusive only when a verified property or authorized arrangement provides that control.
Are beach permits or approvals included?
Do not assume they are included. Requirements vary by beach, municipality, guest count, equipment, food service, sound, and event format. Any required coordination, fee, responsibility, and lead time will be identified in the proposal after the location is reviewed.
How is the event location selected?
The team compares the desired atmosphere with guest mobility, access, parking, carry distance, crowd conditions, equipment footprint, vendors, weather exposure, and nearby backup options. The final site is confirmed during planning rather than guaranteed from a city name alone.
